***ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog City Disaster Assistance Service Center Call Tomorrow at 3pm for Nonprofits***
New York City is setting up Disaster Assistance Service Centers (DASCs), which will provide support in dedicated areas. The City will coordinate with nonprofits to support ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlogers in need of services in these areas. All nonprofits assisting in recovery efforts are encouraged to participate.
The first call is at 3pm tomorrow, Monday, November 5th; HSC will send out the agenda, call-in information, and how to RSVP (if necessary) as soon as it becomes available (and ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog will forward it thereafter).
As ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog recovers from Hurricane Sandy, nonprofits are mobilizing to assist in immediate recovery efforts and to coordinate long-term strategies to help people rebuild.
HSC is working with government, our members, and others to compile information that is helpful to the sector.
